Recreational Gymnastics

Stettler Gymnastics teaches recreational gymnastics to participants aged 18 months and older. Certified coaches will use strength, flexibility, balance, gross and fine motor activities to teach gymnastics in a FUN atmosphere . Our program is co-ed, progressive and is based on each participants individual needs. As participants master the foundations of each skill, they will be challenged to progress on to the next step. We strongly believe that each child is unique and will develop at their own pace.

Competitive Gymnastics

Available to try-out in June each year to be accepted onto the Competitive Team. Gymnasts spend 3.5 hours per week in the gym working on strength, flexibility and skills for Vault, Beam, Floor, and Uneven Bars. We travel and compete Xcel Gymnastics Levels at 5-6 Competitions around Alberta each season. This is a full year commitment at registration.
